Probably when everyone fully transitions to this site.

And let’s wait a bit after that. I was thinking July would be good considering everyone would be out of school.

Yes, because Obi needs to learn more words. 😆

My vocabulary could use a bit of widening as well…

But I know we’re not seriously going to do that. 😛 Which book will we start with, then? Or will we all read something different, and then do a book report, or something to that effect, on what we read?

I like the idea of a regular book club where we all read the same book then discuss it.

So do I. I always like listening to peoples’ opinions, and how they interpret the same materials in different ways.

I was thinking we’d have a set number of pages per day. Like, a chapter or so.

Nam, I don’t know if doing a chapter a day would be good. Like Gamma said, he and others (including me) would just keep reading.

Obi, yes, you need to learn lots of new, big words.

    LOL Banshee. 😛

Void, I think 2-3 chapters would be good. Depends on how long they are, though

I’d say a chapter a day is good because what if some people are a bit busy? 😀

What sort of books are we reading? Might be hard to match genres if we’re reading the same book. Of course, if the books are too new, I may not be able to participate.

Andry, I think we were going to read some Star Wars books to start off.

Hmmm. Probably won’t be my thing then. Haven’t really had good experiences with the ROTS novelization or the young adult novels. I either didn’t like the aesthetic of the writing, didn’t agree with characterization, or just found it too shallow with the young adult ones.

The only thing we have time to read right now is “Great Expectations.” *sigh*

Sister: I have read some Star Wars books. The Jedi Academe trilogy by Kevin J. Anderson  is my favorite so far. But it’s post RotJ, so most of you would not like it probably.

Andry, yes, but some SW books are really good. Like “Darth Plagueis”, which is probably the best one I’ve ever read, and it’s also got an audiobook on YouTube which is also great. 😀

I want to reread, and finish reading, the Lost Tribe of the Sith stories by JJ Miller. I have 5 of the little novels, and I have read them, but there are nine altogether, and I haven’t read the last four. I just asked my mom if I could buy the collected stories ebook from the Kindle store, and I’m waiting for her response.

EDIT: She said yes. 😀 I have it now.

    I don’t know, they seem so non-canon! 😛
