I am so hyped for this now, I don’t even care if the rest of this season is absolute bantha kark 😛 (even though by all accounts it likely won’t)

Not to mention how it would create a scenario so easy for him to kill off everyone. I suspect he’ll be playing a more low key role, since he’s already tried a more public attempt at gaining power and we all know how that ended…

You’d think it was season 3’s trailer there’s so much content thrown in there 😛

Like Nam said, it’s officially become TCW MKII, but that’s what makes it good. Clearly Dave’s after my heart by throwing in Old Republic Hammerheads 😛 And did anyone for a moment think Maul was Snoke? Either which way, it caught me completely off guard.

Wow, I’m actually impressed by the animators with designing her.

So I’m guessing Carrie will be sitting this one out then?

  • Assuming Han didn’t write it off to Ben in the will 😆

Look I know they must be attached to the characters they made, but if the fans are willing to let go, so should they. At this point I expect they’ll make it a single goodbye episode a gimmick when the next companion goes. Wouldn’t even be surprised if it’s called “One Goodbye” 😛

  • Absolutely. I actually preferred the shorter, one part stories from last season simply because they weren’t trying too hard, a lot of them were actually really funny. As far as I can see they know how to write […]

Agree with a lot of your thoughts Nam. Clara’s been annoying the hell out of me this season and to see her brought back, thus undermining the superior send off scene, just makes me all the more frustrated.

And yes, Moffat really should just let someone else have a go. Me and my sister are really getting tired of him.

  • I think I’m on the verge of agreeing. To be honest this whole season has been a write off for me. Hardly any of the episodes really excited me besides Heaven Sent, the comedy was hardly existent and the stories, […]

  • Really wanting to know more about Snoke and the Awakening after seeing this which leads me to wondering what’s going on with Kylo and where the other Knights of Ren are. I’m kind of surprised I’m still clueless about so much, yet seen so many trailers and TV spots at this point 😛

  • I’m with Newan on this one. He pretty much explained all my complaints. Not to mention how that large Death Star type object makes me assume that that is Starkiller (though from the look of it, it’s a weapon built into a moon, rather than a space station). This makes me worryingly believe we’re in for one too many parallels to ANH. As I…[Read more]

It’s as we pretty much have been saying. Part 2 was the WAY stronger half. There were so many moments of feeling, but so few were genuine it always left me guessing whether one character’s being honest or not and I love that. Cracking first story to this season in my book.

Just watched the premiere. Really awesome stuff. I mean really, smashing awesome. Having the Daleks and Davros (not to mention that Davros flashback) kick things off was just fantastic. Kind of went off its rocker when it reached the scene of Doctor playing a guitar solo on a tank in 12th century Essex and technically inventing the word “Dude”…[Read more]

  • I finished reading it yesterday. Not bad, kept my attention start to finish and there were a lot of great moments. Romance was quite heavy handed and I’m sort of left wondering where Vos goes from here, but considering Disney’s insistence on hovering around the OT and the new films, that’ll take a while. Overall I liked it. Not perfect and may…[Read more]

Been thinking about it and I think we must prepare for the inevitable “Episode VIII Snokey and the Bandit”. 😛

  • That’s just some cheap, sales increasing shock value that probably has some twist to it that won’t make watching Episode V awkward to watch. Frankly, I’m more for the new Vader series. Sounds way more promising.

I’m kind of okay about Finn and Rey, but I am in full agreement on Poe. It only reminds me of a fat panda martial arts expert and that’s not exactly anything close to a talented Star Wars pilot 😛 Here’s hoping the character likes being called by his surname.

Kylo Ren is all right, doesn’t sound threatening, but maybe it’s to lure us into a…[Read more]

  • Enjoyed the arc. Although, I sort of wished they just went and used Delta Squad instead of creating a whole new team. And my gut feeling that Echo would be the last surviving Domino Squad member came true, so I felt happier than usual watching it for being right 😛

Saw the new trailer. Once again, it plays it close to the chest, but it still looked pretty awesome. Beat all the rumours and “leaks” too. 🙂

I doubt they’ll make that kind of mistake. The last thing Disney wants is to recreate the PT in any way.
